One of Those Days!

So does anyone else ever just have "one of those days?" The ones where everything that can go wrong does, and there is just no time to rest and take it all in? Today was definately one of those days for me. I won't go into details because its really not even worth it, but today was just "One of those Days!" I just feel so blah and exhausted but I can't even get a good nights sleep because I am so stressed about so many things and I have so many things to get done. Sorry, I am just taking a moent for a little venting here. On a brighter note after this weekend hopefully I will not be having those days for a while. That is right my friends I am heading to the big sky country to go see my friends and family and I don't think I have ever been so excited. The last time I was up there was last October and that is just way too long. I love that place and of course all my family is up there so it will be a great escape from the everyday. Hopefully I will get up to the far north and be able to see my sister as well or perhaps she will get a free moment and be able to come and visit me at Mom and Dad's! All in all I am greatful for what I have, and that I am able to get away from "those days!"

Bugs the artist!

Ok so Bugs loves to do everything that I do especially when it comes to crafting. The other day I was mod podging a project and he thought I was painting and wanted to join in. I kept telling him that he had to wait and that I would let him paint "later." Well I really wanted to work on my stuff and there isn't enough room for both of us at my little craft table so I kept putting him off. Two more days had come and gone and each day he would ask me "can we paint today?" I finally gave in and let him paint his "treasure box." He was so excited and had a great time doing it. At one point he had painted red on the top of the box and then started painting blue over it and he shrilled with excitement as he explained to me that he just mixed the colors and now he had purple too! He knows that purple is my favorite color and was just so excited that he had purple paint for me now. These are a few pictures of him painting and his finished project.

He had paint wiped all over his belly, his shorts and and the chair by the time he was done! I don't know what it is about him but he seems to constantly be wiping his hands on anything and everything near by. When all was said and done I thought his treasure box turned out pretty cute and he really had a great time doing it.

My Awesome Family Vacation Album

Ok so my sister was blessed with about 99.9% of the creativity in the family so when I saw what an awesome job she did in creating herself a mini album to scrap our family vacation (You can check it out on her blog www.inkinandthinkin.typepad.com )in June I asked her if she would PLEASE make one for me too. I love love love this little album and think she did an awesome job! Thank you so much my sister! I do love it, and I promise I will finish it sooner than later!
